This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Serendipity website. On some pages, you can submit information and register to receive updates about our events and additions to the Center.  The types of information collected at these pages include your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number.  

We use the information you provide to add you to our mailing list. We do not use this information for any other purpose or share it  with outside parties unless we have your express permission.

We use return email addresses only to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to subscribe to periodic updates on our calendar of events. Information you submit through our website will not be used for this purpose unless you confirm your subscription.  We use a double "opt in" method to process subscriptions to help protect you against unwanted spam.

We will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without notifying you in advance, and requesting that you give us permission for that use. We do not require that you opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses; we presume that you already have.

You can request all of your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain, by contacting us as detailed below. We will make a copy of any known personally identifiable information available to you in the manner you request. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
