Debbie Yoho became certified in reflexology after years of rubbing the feet of appreciative family members. Debbie finds it very gratifying to help people relax, the first step toward achieving balance in the body and mind. It is especially rewarding when her efforts result in reduction of pain and, consequently, happier clients!

Whether or not there are any problem areas causing people to seek relief, clients report they are so much more relaxed at the end of a session and find they have a much calmer outlook. Maximum benefit is generally achieved after 8-10 weekly, hour-long sessions, with further sessions on an as-needed basis. However, if circumstances dictate, shorter sessions at different intervals can be helpful.

Debbie has lived and worked in Columbus for over 25 years, working in accounting, as a secretary, or in school libraries. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Reflexologists, and she is the mother of two teenagers.
