Serendipity
Stables was founded by McDougall, a "Medicine Horse," whose
loving attention to fragile children would somehow change them for the
better.
Old Mac lived to be fifty, and was declared to be the Oldest Living Horse in
America. The spirit of his healing work continues today at
Serendipity Stables.
Under
the direction of Michele S. Davis, PhD, Serendipity Stables offers an
unusual program of non-invasive neurological-development evaluation,
quality of life recommendations, and interaction with the High Awareness
Horses: Sere, Charm, Maille, Patches, Sweet Adeline, Jewel, and Mystique.
Serendipity
Stables are located at 21721 S.R. 47 in West Mansfield, Ohio which is about 10 miles north of Marysville, OH. The
Stables have an Open House the 2nd Sunday of every month; visitors can
experience the healing power of the Medicine Horses and meet practitioners
from Serendipity Center.

I just wanted to stop by and say what a wonderful place it is that you have. I had been having some emotional problems the past few weeks and did not know what to do. Today, I left early this morning and drove around for four hours. I had no destination in mind, I just kept driving. I was on my way home when something told me to turn left. I drove several miles and passed a sign that said Serendipity Stables. I had heard of the stables before but was not sure if it was the same place. I turned around and as I was driving up the drive I felt an instant calm come over me. I asked a kind gentlemen outside if this was the stables with healing horses. He replied, "yes, go ahead and go in, I am sure you will be welcomed." I was...from the moment I walked in until the moment I pulled out of the drive. Jewel spoke to me and helped me realize where my emotions were stemming from. My deepest thanks go to both, Jewel and Michelle. You are offering a wonderful service and I hope that many more can experience it. I can not wait to return. I look forward to my next visit.
